Is there a limit to the number of Pay Per Post I can purchase?
There is no limit, simply purchase a Pay Per Post for each property you wish to advertise.
How will I receive enquiries?
PropertyGuru and iProperty WhatsApp Business Account will send enquiries directly to your registered WhatsApp number, allowing you to respond quickly and conveniently.
Can I edit my listing after it goes live?
Yes. You can edit selected details, such as listing availability, price, description, and photos. However, the listing type and property location cannot be changed after it goes live.
What if my property is rented or sold before my Pay Per Post expires?
You can update your property status as Sold or Rented at any time. Please note that Pay Per Post is a one time listing purchase, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for the unused listing period.
What happens after my listing expires?
Once your listing expires, it will no longer be visible to property seekers. You can simply purchase another Pay Per Post whenever you’re ready to advertise again.
Can I use Pay Per Post if I have an existing subscription package?
Post is intended as a flexible listing option for users without an active subscription package. If you already have an active subscription package, you won’t be eligible to purchase Pay Per Post.
What Payment Methods are accepted?
Available payment options will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Are there any hidden fees or recurring charges?
No. Pay Per Post is a one-time payment per listing. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees or long-term commitments.
